Horatio M. Morgan is our Managing Director. He holds a Ph.D. in economics and a Master’s degree in international business, combined with many years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. His expertise spans international entrepreneurship, international strategy, immigrant/minority/female entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance and analytics. Horatio has served as a trusted adviser and strategist to various organizations across multiple industries. He is also an Associate Professor at the University of Waterloo’s Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business. He has been recognized for his research with prestigious awards from the Academy of Management, and prestigious grants from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) of Canada.
